Accoutrements only sells in wholesale quantities to qualified retailers. If you are not a reseller please visit our retail division, Archie McPhee.

To place an order through our website you will need to open an online account. If you are a qualified retailer, fill in the simple form and a customer service representative will review your information. Once approved, you can begin placing orders immediately. Proposed orders placed through our website are subject to changes based on product availability and credit terms. Payment is not accepted through the shopping cart, please see Payment Terms and Options below for payment information. If you are a current customer, your order will be processed per your previously established payment terms.

All online accounts are approved during business hours by a customer service representative. If you are a current customer, you will be approved without review. New customers will need to be verified before approval. Washington State Retailers: Accoutrements must have a copy of your Reseller Permit on file for retailers that wish to claim tax exemption on items purchased for resale.

MINIMUM ORDER

Opening Order: $200       Reorders: $100
Product must be ordered in minimum order quantities (units) as specified in catalog and on our website.

PAYMENT TERMS & OPTIONS

Net Terms: Net 30 days on approval of credit. We require a completed and signed credit application. Credit applications can be emailed, faxed or mailed in and must accompany an order. We do not pre-approve terms without an order in house. Please allow 3-5 business days for application processing.

Check or electronic funds transfer (ACH or wire transfer): For more information on ACH or wire transfer, please contact our Accounting Department at info@accoutrements.com.

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted and will be charged at time of shipment.

All shipments outside the US must be prepaid via wired funds or credit card. Shipping charges do not include Customs duties, taxes or fees incurred by the receiving country.

All prices/invoices are shown in US Dollars and must be paid in US Dollars.

BACK ORDERS

Unless otherwise requested, out of stock items totaling $75.00 or more in value will be backordered and shipped using the same payment terms and shipping method as the original order without notice. Customers are responsible for canceling unwanted backorders.

SHIPPING

Orders ship FOB Mukilteo, WA 98275 via UPS ground service unless another method is specified. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via USPS.

Freight charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. Please provide your email address to receive electronic UPS shipping notification.

RETURNS

We do not sell on consignment or guaranteed sale basis and do not accept returns. Please notify us immediately if you find any discrepancy with your order. Customers will be charged a 15% restock fee plus freight for refused orders.

CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE

Accoutrements is dedicated to product safety and quality. CPSIA safety regulations require Certificates of Compliance for toys sold in the U.S. that are designed for or primarily intended for children under 12 if the toy was made after November 12, 2008.

Accoutrements worked closely with the Toy Industry Association and the Consumer Products Safety Commission to implement the compliance requirements in an efficient manner. Providing COCs digitally eliminates the need to include paper certificates with our shipments to you. Copies of required COCs can be found here.
