To help ensure an accurate order please make sure to include your account name, customer ID number, shipping address, preferred method of shipping and the item number & description, whether or not you accept back orders and product name and quantity of each item you would like to order (orders must be placed in multiples of the "sold by" quantities). Accoutrements is constantly bringing out exciting new products and has sales representatives throughout the country (and distributors overseas) with all the latest information and samples. Please call or email us to get in touch with your local rep.
Shipping:
F.O.B. Seattle (Mukilteo warehouse 98275). Shipping charges paid by customer. Orders are subject to lead time, please check with customer service.
Returns:
Please inspect your order and report any problems immediately. We do not sell on consignment or guaranteed sale basis. We do not accept returns of any kind unless product is defective.
Back Orders:
While we maintain a huge warehouse of products, items will be out of stock occasionally. We will back order items over $75 if they are out of stock at the time of the order. Shipping charges will be added to back orders. Customer is responsible for cancelling unwanted back orders.
Payment Terms:
Orders are shipped prepaid, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or Net 30 to approved accounts.
Credit Terms:
Established businesses may apply for Net 30 terms by completing and signing our Credit Application. Approval may take up to 30 days.
Notice:
Prices may change after catalog is printed. If an item you have ordered has changed in price we will advise before shipping. We have rigorously proofed our catalog and website and regret any typographical errors, however we can not be held responsible for them.
Warning:
Many of our items have small parts and may be choking hazards. Nothing we sell is recommended for children under 3 years old.
